Delayed and Missing Download Link Emails
UPDATE: The issue of delayed and missing download link emails has been resolved. Thank you for your patience. Below you can view see the original announcement about this server / web host related issue.

This announcement is regarding, delayed or missing download link emails.
At the moment we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our hosting company that is preventing the immediately delivery of download links to customers by email. From what we have been experiencing, some download links are taking up to 12 hours to be delivered to customers and some seem to not be delivered at all. These errors have nothing to do with Download-Bay.com itself and is a result of our web host. We are working with our web host diligently to keep them on task in resolving this issue.
Even though download links are not being properly sent, in most cases download pins are still being generated. You may need to manually email the download pin to your customers and notify them to use their payment email address for manual download entry.

The problem persist one customer open a dispute on paypal the 18-5-2011 and my download link no arive and the contact form no work well check the system please

I looked into the download link emails not being generated and their was a problem with the way our site communicated with PayPal's IPN. The problem was that Instant Payment Notifications were timing out when connecting with PayPal. We made changes to the IPN to use a better function to communicate with PayPal and verify the payments before sending out the download links.
Why did this happen all of a sudden? Who knows? An issue with our server perhaps, since our code did not change at all to cause our IPN to fail. Either way we have addressed the issue and download delivery is back to normal.

Paid through PayPal (jcgts.support@gmail.com). Been 4 or 5 hours and no download link received. Emailed admin@download-bay.com, but so far no response. I had planned on buying many different scripts but wanted to try it out first. Don't know about it now. Will have to see.

The email records show that your download link email was sent out at approximately 11:05 AM EST. Make sure you check your spam folder, sometimes these emails can accidentally be filtered there and all download links are sent to email address that was used when you made your purchase. When in doubt contact the seller directly, the seller received your payment not download-bay.com. You can contact the seller by going to the sales page of your purchased download and clicking the ' Contact Seller' link to open the contact form.

The x's are there to obscure your real email address

Even though there are many reminders to check your spam or junk folders on the site and even a reminder after payment has been made, many people just don't check their spam or junk folders for their download link email, and then assume that it has not been received. We can not control your email spam filter. Gmail is notorious for being overly aggressive in filtering legitimate emails into the spam box. If you have gmail you definitely should check your spam folder before assuming that your download was not received.
You can prevent future download emails from being filtered as spam by adding this address to your contacts list or safe list:
no-reply@download-bay.com
This email address doesn't receive any email it only is used for delivery of system messages. Don't bother sending email to this email address, but definitely add it to your contacts so that you can properly receive your download links.
